There are over one billion people using Facebook (as of Nov. 2015), showing a great potential for marketers, SEO agency professionals and brands to reach their target audience. The great thing about Facebook is that it's very large and active. People log into their accounts daily to check messages, like and share posts and communicate with people and brands.

What really sets Facebook apart from the other platforms is its high-tech capabilities. One area that is worth looking into is the Facebook ads platform. This is a rich and powerful tool that can be used to get your content in front of people who are most likely to engage and convert. Paid advertising is still a thriving business, especially for brands that are serious about promoting their products and services.
But as with any PPC campaign, you need to have a strategy in place. A lot of businesses give up on Facebook ads too soon. An SEO agency that offers social media management services can help develop a strategy and implement it for you.
Companies determined to launch a successful social media marketing campaign can use the following tips.
Get to Know Your Audience
Facebook ads come with a cool feature called "audience insights", and what this allows you to do is fine tune your target audience. You select an interest your prospects have and then data will be collected, which can be used to enhance your campaign. The criteria is quite extensive, allowing you to choose demographics, gender, age, location and so on.

Create Multiple Campaigns
You have a better chance of converting prospects by targeting specific interests than grouping together multiple interests. Mass marketing rarely works, especially in today's world where consumers want to feel connected with the brands they shop with. Separating your campaigns will also give invaluable insights into who is converting.
Don't Make Too Many Changes
Keep each change to a minimal. If you change too much too quickly, then you won't be able to determine what exactly caused your campaign to improve or decline. It also takes time for the Facebook algorithm to adjust to changes, so patience is key.
Watch, Analyze and Adjust
Keep a close eye on the analytics to see what needs to be changed. Pay attention to the age, gender, devices and regions of conversions. Also, there is an ad relevance score provided which tells you on a scale of 1 to 10 how relevant your ad is to the target audience you've selected. SEO agency professionals are fairly familiar with Facebook ads and can help you with learning the algorithm and A/B testing your ads.
I Think an Idea is a leading, full service internet marketing agency. I Think an Idea works with serious business owners small to large alike. Based out of Los Angeles, CA providing great results for  services such as SEO, social media marketing, Online reputation management and PPC management. More often than not, writers can earn their main incomes from offering freelance services related to writing. It's not a bad gig also to offer your writing service at fiverr for as little as $5 to people who need written articles for publications, leading to accumulating more money.
Growing number of websites online need an ever increasing amount of material to improve sites making now one of the best times in history to be a freelance writer - at least in terms of work available.....

Read also: how to make money from blogging
It has also become fairly easy to reach out and make yourself known as a freelance writer - writing a blog post once a week that would be of interest to the sorts of clients that would like to work with can bring you plenty of money without much more marketing.
What Writing Service Are You Offering?
The variety of writing work out there is incredible. You can get project writing copy for websites, writing annual reports for companies, writing blog posts and just about anything else out there that involves lining up works in a row.
You can also earn a living offering services related to writing. You can provide coaching for other writers, offer editing or research, offer project management for big writing projects without actually doing the writing.
There really is an incredible amount of opportunities out there for service providers.
That does mean, though, some point, every writer offering services has to sit down and decide exactly what sort of services he or she has interest in offering.
Read also: how to make money from blogging
There are specialized skills that go along with different types of writing. The techniques you need to write successful greeting cards are very different from the techniques you need to write successful articles optimized for search engines, hence a great consideration need to be taken.
One of the consideration when it comes to offering writing services is that, without some careful planning, there isn't a clear career plan. You start writing and then raise your rates on a regular basis because ten years down the road you will still be writing and may not be able to increase your rates owing to the fact that there aren't any clients available to pay higher prices.
Nevertheless, the aforementioned guide doesn't mean that being some sort of writing service provider is a dead-end-path. It just means that a little thought is necessary to make sure that you're building up a career, rather than just earning money in the short-term.

Like many careers, a lot of future opportunities focus on going into management: creating an agency, for instance, where you manage projects ( and do some writing) and have a team of writers who do the lion's share of the work.
There are plenty of other options, but most will require you to give up a purely service-based approach.
The key, though, is to refrain from thinking of yourself as just a freelancer. Think of yourself as a business owner - someone with a future booming enterprise that needs to grow rather than someone who just happens to earn money by writing.
It's tempting to tell yourself that you'll just look for higher-paying clients, but the market tops up: big corporations have set amounts that they typically expect to pay for freelancers.
Their most valuable projects are high-paying, not just because of higher rates, but because of the sheer amount of work involved, making it harder for an individual writers to take on.
You are a greater writer with tremendous genius in you to begin selling your ideas for money.
Unearth your writing capabilities and start earning lucrative remunerations off your writing on the internet.
There are various ways out there and you need to keep yourself abreast of them for your earnings.

Technoloop.com
THE IDEA SEEMS so obvious once it occurs to you:
Why don’t I make a comfortable passive income selling things online? Why, I could even do that kind of work from the comfort of my own home!
After all, starting an online store today has become simpler than ever. You don’t need to build a
website or an online shopping cart yourself — a cloud-based company such as Big Commerce can handle that for you. Marketing? Try Google AdWords. Selling? Through Amazon and eBay, I can reach hundreds of millions of customers with a click.
OK, I’ve got all the computer stuff covered. But what about the stuff stuff? Don’t worry! A plug-and-play third-party logistics provider such as ship wire will store your inventory in its own warehouses, connect with the least expensive parcel carriers and send your customers’ packages on their way. Don’t have anything to sell? Not a problem! Just decide what you want to sell, connect with a drop shippers who takes on all the inventory risk and costs for you and start stumping for clicks!
Of course, you’ll still have to spread some of your own money around to get started, won’t you? Maybe not: As Reuters first reported, eBay-owned PayPal (which would be happy to process payments for your new business) is ramping up its plans to . A U.K. pilot program for lending money to eBay sellers has ended and bigger rollout plans are in the works, while testing will soon be coming to the U.S. And the best part, according to the company: In the U.K. pilot program, instead of having to make regular monthly payments no matter how well (or badly) your business was doing, repayments consisted of PayPal taking a cut of any sale.
And PayPal isn’t alone. Amazon already offers financing to its third-party sellers. And Atlanta-based startup Kabbage just closed $75 million in debt financing to offer cash advances ranging from $500 to $50,000 to fledgling e-commerce entrepreneurs.
If I sound a little snarky about all this, that’s because getting started in e-commerce requires the same degree of eye-rolling skepticism demanded by any promise of friction-free riches. Just Google “start an online store” if you doubt me. You’re immediately pulled down into a cesspool of content-farm swill deploying rhetoric worthy of the multi-level marketing pitches you find tacked to telephone poles. If it’s this easy to gin up a moneymaking online store, then everybody will be doing it. And I’m sure economists have a formula that tells us just how inversely proportional “everybody doing it” is to the value added by (and money made by) each additional sucker who joins the mob.
That said, the opportunity presented by the sheer number of services available to a retail business purely through the browser is seductive. If you have a product that people really want, or have some cool, original ideas about how to sell cool, original products that other people are making, the escape velocity required to turn that idea into a genuine business is lower than ever. Forget software as a service. Welcome to the age of stuff as a service.

Why good friends are so important

A lot of research has been done looking into the benefits of friendship, and the research has found exactly what you might expect. It turns out that the better quality relationships you have; the more likely you are to be happy. Therefore it’s good for your happiness to be a great friend to someone and to have a group of good friends supporting you. But it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what makes a good friend.

Signs of a good friend

Friends will come and go in your life, but more important than how long a friendship lasts, is that a good friend will love you for who you are. The way you can tell the sign of a good friend is by
looking at the actions they take –big and small – that show they care.

Some common signs of a good friend include
  • someone who will support you no matter what
  • someone you can trust and who won’t judge you
  • someone who won’t put you down or deliberately hurt your feelings
  • someone who is kind and has respect for you
  • someone who will love you because they choose to, not because they feel like they should
  • someone whose company you enjoy
  • showing loyalty
  • being trustworthy and willing to tell you the truth, even when it’s hard
  • someone who can laugh when you do
  • someone who is willing to stick around when things get tough
  • someone who makes you smile
  • someone who is there to listen
  • someone who will cry when you cry.

How to be a good friend

If you want to do all or many of the things listed above for someone you care about, you’re already a good friend. It’s also common though, to not know exactly what to do or say to be there for someone. Some practical things you can do to be there for a friend include:
Listen. Listening is so important not to underestimate, but it can be hard to do. The best way to listen is to try and understand the situation from your friends’ point of view. If you aim to do this, you’ll naturally find yourself beginning to ask the right sort of questions and they will appreciate having someone who really cares about how they feel and what they’re going through. You don’t have to have all the answers, and you shouldn’t assume your friend wants advice – they might just want to talk so that they can work out what they’re going to do themselves.
Ask them what they need. If you’re worried about someone and you want to be there for them, just ask them what they need- that way you know what they find helpful during tough times, and you can be there in a way that’s most useful to them.
Get physical. Smiles and hugs are a great way to show friends that they’re not alone, that you’re there for them, and that they are important.
Keep in touch. Even if you guys aren’t nearby each other, making an effort to keep in touch through facebook, emails, texts and calls will show your friend you are there for them.
Tell them how you feel. You don’t have to make a big deal of it all the time but sometimes there are moments where letting someone know that they’re important to you through something you say, can make a big difference to how someone is feeling.
Get the facts. If your friend has a medical condition, or a mental health issue, a good way to offer support is to learn about what they’ve been diagnosed with. Taking an interest in what they’re going through shows that you care, and that you’re planning to stick around no matter what’s going on.
Be willing to make a tough call. If you think the safety of your friend is at risk, you might need to act without their consent and get help (see the sidebar for where you can seek help). It can be a hard choice particularly when you’re worried about their reaction, but remember that you are acting because you care and you don’t want them to be hurt.

How to make money Blogging

I’m often asked how to make money blogging so want in this article to lay out some basic steps that I see most bloggers who make a living from blogging go through.
Here is how to make money from a blog:
  1. Set up your blog
  2. Start creating useful content
  3. Get off your blog and start finding readers
  4. Build engagement with the readers that come
  5. Start making money from the readership you have through one or more of a variety of income streams
Sounds easy doesn’t it! On some levels the process is simple – but you need to know up front that there’s a lot to each step and below I’m going to give you some pointers on each including some further reading.
Here’s how to make money from a blog.

1. Start a Blog

In order to make money blogging you’re going to need to have a blog. While this is pretty obvious it is also a stumbling block for many Pre Bloggers who come to the idea of blogging with little or no technical background.
If that’s you – don’t worry! It was my story too and most bloggers start out feeling a little overwhelmed by the process of starting their blog.
If you need a little help I would highly recommend you check out my article How to Start a Blog in which I run through the steps you need to take to get up and running. It’s really not as hard as you might think!

2. Start Creating Useful Content

A blog is not a blog without content so once you’ve set your blog up you need to focus your attention upon creating useful content. What you choose to create will depend a little on the topic that you choose to write about (on that note, most successful bloggers have some focus to their blogging whether that be a niche or a demographic that they write for).
The key with creating content is to make it as useful as possible. Focus upon creating content that changes people’s lives in some way will be the type of content that people will value the most and it will help people to feel like they know, like and trust you – which is really important if you later want to make money from your blog.
Further Reading on creating content:
There are many of articles and podcast episodes on imax9ja about how to create content. See our latest stuff in helpful article on this site!

Nowadays, more and more girls and women of all ages are going online for their fashion and beauty tips. This is of little surprise really, as online makeup tutorials and fashion guides offer the perfect blend of convenience and relevancy, with the huge choice of fashion and beauty bloggers meaning that any girl can find the right style guru for them.
Due to this new online age of fashion and beauty, more and more people are also deciding to become bloggers themselves and share their beauty and fashion tips and tricks with others. If you are considering doing this yourself, here is a quick guide on how to become a successful fashion blogger.

Firstly, get to know you own style and what you want to share with your audience. You may, for example, love budget high street fashion, and want to share with your audience how to get the best pieces for very little money. You could therefore make your blog or YouTube channel about this.
On the other hand, you may prefer more upmarket products and therefore want to center your tips and advice around finding these. You could, for example, find the best key designer pieces to buy for a reasonable price, helping your fans find the perfect pieces and investment of their money.
The next thing to bear in mind when building your online following is just how you are going to communicate with your audience. Some people are naturally very chatty, and prefer to make videos showing off their fashion hauls or doing makeup tutorials. Other people prefer to write or take photographs, and are therefore better suited to a blog or Instagram.

It is worth bearing in mind that fashion and beauty are very visual fields, and therefore Instagram and YouTube are two of the best social networks to start sharing your content on and building an audience. Indeed, these platforms are where a great deal of famous fashion and beauty bloggers started off.
The next piece of advice is to make sure that you take care to chat with your audience as much as possible and build a strong relationship with them. This is one reason why all kinds of YouTubers are so successful, and that is because they are making a real connection with their audience every time they speak directly to them on a YouTube channel.

Otherwise, be sure to chat with your audience in the comments section of your blog and on other social media platforms. Take the time to listen to their requests and also to answer any questions they may have. This will help you build up a sold relationship with your followers and encourage more people to follow you.
A word of warning, however: it can be easy to spread yourself too thin when trying to become a successful fashion blogger. Due to the fact there are so many social networks out there, it is easy to lose focus on the type of audience you are catering to. Instead, focus on building your audience on just two social platforms before you try to build an audience elsewhere.
Our last piece of advice for those who are wondering how to become a successful fashion and beauty blogger is that it is important not too expect too much to quickly, and remember that persistence is key. Apart from a lucky few, many bloggers take years before they get famous, so you must be consistent in your efforts in order to see results long term.
These are just a few tips on how to become and successful fashion blogger. The first step is to determine what you want to share and who you want to share it with, and then you must put in the effort to build up your audience and be consistent with the quality of your content over the long term.

It is important to get your site listed on the popular search engines so that you may be able to attract free and targeted visitors to it. Although most people want to get their website listed they do not do it correctly and this prevents them from reaching out to their existing and potential customers.
When you know how to do things correctly, you may be able to rank your web pages higher in the search engine and this can help you improve your business significantly. Before you start submitting your website, you need to understand what the search engines are looking for when ranking your site.
Keywords, meta description, page title, bounce rate and inbound links are some of the things that are used to rank the web pages. The higher you rank the more traffic you receive. One of the things that you need to understand is that been listed does not necessarily attract traffic; you need to optimize the site.

Steps to submit your website to search engines correctly
Programs are used to crawl the web for new content and this is added to the databases. When people search for information on the web the results come from the database.

Creating XML Sitemap - Sitemaps are basic pages that list all URL links of a website. Whenever you publish new content on your site, it appears on the sitemap and this enables the search engines to see them.
You can create a sitemap manually or install a special XML sitemap for the entire site so that all major search engines are notified whenever you post new content.

Submit your site to search engines - Each search engine works differently from the other as they use unique algorithms to rank web pages. All that you need to do is to sign up and add your site.
For example if you want to submit your site to Google, you need to sign up with Google webmaster tools and complete the process as specified. Submission is a simple process that can be completed within minutes.

Create good content - Good quality content can help generate more traffic. Readers like content that is useful and engaging and share this to generate additional back links. Share it on social networks so that it gains popularity and you are able to attract traffic to the site.

Optimize web pages - You may be able to rank the web pages of your site higher when you optimize them. Make use of SEO techniques, so that you may be able to list them higher and attract more traffic to your site.
Look for high PR directory submission sites to submit your site. This can help improve the popularity of your website and enable it to rank higher.
When you learn to submit the site on your own, you may be able to speed up the process of getting added to the search engine database and this can enable you to attract targeted traffic to your site easily.

A staggering $2.1 billion in affiliate marketing fees were paid to blog and website owners in 2008. This finding in a recent study by Jupiter Research confirms what many savvy Internet marketers have known for a while: Affiliate marketing has become one of the top business opportunities online because the startup costs are so low and the income you generate can be mind-blowing.
Affiliate marketing involves having your own site and sending your traffic to someone else's site to
buy their products or services. For every sale initiated by a link from your site, you earn a percentage--an affiliate sales commission.
Affiliate marketing can be done on a part-time basis, and many are so successful that they've made it their full-time job. Equally exciting, you can get in the game in just a few hours. But how successful you are is based on the amount of time and effort you devote. Here is how you can make money online with these six tips:

1. Create a website or blog

To start as an affiliate marketer, you must have a site on which to place links to the products or services you recommend. There are many inexpensive website services such as Hostgatorand GoDaddy. It's also easy to set up a free blog through services such as Google's Blogger blog network. I also use Namecheap for domains and Hostnine (get a reseller account) for hosting.

2. Decide your product/service niche

Affiliate marketers help companies and entrepreneurs sell everything from jewelry and cell phones to website services and how-to e-books. Choose an area you're familiar with or one you're enthusiastic about learning. You'll be more likely to do the work and less likely to get bored before the money starts rolling in.

3. Find products and services to promote

Many affiliate networks exist to connect merchants with affiliate site publishers who can help sell their goods. Companies such as:
  • Clickbank, E-junkie and PayDotCom lead the pack in connecting the creators of e-books and software with affiliates to help sell their digital download products.
  • Commission Junction is popular for those who want to sell more traditional wares ranging from travel services to janitorial franchises.
  • Google AdSense, which doesn't require your involvement to result in a sale. Your income is realized on a pay-per-click basis, just for leading your traffic to click to a merchant's site. PPC affiliate programs pay a lot less than programs where your referral must result in a sale. Keep in mind that a site peppered with ads and no authority or trust can look and feel like spam, and you won't get good results.

4. Affiliate site content

There are two main approaches or business models to choose from when setting up an affiliate marketing site:
  • Resource Sites These sites are focused on offering lots of how-to articles and posts, and then provide affiliate links or banner ads to click for more details. Frequently adding fresh related content is vital because it gives people a reason to return to your site--and click some of your money-making links.
  • Review Sites You've tried the products in your niche, now you write them up and rate them to help your site visitors decide what to buy. For each product you review, you provide a link or banner ad that clicks through for sales on your merchant partner's site. Less frequent content updates are necessary--just tweak your site about once a week to let the search engines know your site's still alive, and always try to build links.

5. Affiliate sites must attract lots of targeted traffic to succeed

Most people visiting your website or blog won't click your affiliate links. That's why it's crucial to employ a mix of marketing tactics to increase traffic--highly targeted traffic--to your site.
There are four main ways to get more site exposure and attract more potential customers:
  • Paid Advertising This is most effective when your ad copy headline, call-to-action message and graphics come together just right to compel people to click through and buy.
  • Free Advertising Sites like Craigslist and US Free Ads are but two of many popular places that accept links and banner ads for free. These tend to be affiliate marketing sites themselves, earning the owner money whenever you click their ads.
  • Article Marketing This popular marketing method offers several benefits. You're building credibility as a reliable source in your niche, gaining a higher search engine ranking by increasing the number of links leading to your site, and pulling traffic to your site. Work in an organic manner and don't spam using software engines. Ezinearticles is a great place to begin.
  • E-mail Marketing Every visitor to your site is valuable, so capturing their names and e-mail addresses to stay in touch is important. Many people might not buy your affiliate products until the third or fourth time they hear from you. So it's crucial to place an opt-in subscription box on your site for people to start receiving a weekly or monthly newsletter from you. My personal favorite is aweber, but many quality ones exist.

6. Learn the ropes in forums

These are online communities of likeminded people who exchange insights and ideas. Join at least one of these free affiliate marketing forums to benefit from advice shared by other newbies, intermediates and gurus alike:
  • Digital Point Huge, with about 25,000 active members. An excellent place to learn affiliate marketing tips, plus other techniques that impact your success such as link building and SEO.
  • aBestWeb One of the largest affiliate marketing forums, with nearly 100 sub-forums. Covers the broadest range of affiliate marketing-specific subjects, with heavy participation by numerous go-getter merchants and serious affiliates.
  • Warrior Forum A killer networking forum for beginners and advanced alike. Set up a profile, start participating, ask questions and promote as well.
To do well, read all you can about the opinions, tool and strategies of both experts and peers. But before you even start, choose a niche about which you're passionate. The more you truly enjoy what you're immersed in, the more likely you are to transform your affiliate marketing and money-making venture into a huge success.
